First of all, Pluto is not a planet. It was considered a double planet because its largest moon Charon is half its size.

Moons do not have to be any size but if the moon is bigger than the planet that it orbits, then the moon becomes the planet because it has more gravitational force.

The only planet close in size to the moon is Mercury, the closest planet to the sun. The mean radius of the moon is 1737.10 km The mean radius of Mercury is 2439.7 km There are many dwarf planets that are close in size to the moon, but that would be another question.
