Mercury, if Earth's gravity is 1g then Mercury's is 0.378 g at the surface. Mercury's gravity is just barely weaker than that of Mars where it is 0.379 g. It used to be Pluto at 0.063 g, but that's been reclassified as a dwarf planet since 2006.
