Other than the states agreed to meet and 12 of them did there were no "agreements" before the convention. Several states and delegates had proposals in hand when they arrived but all were to be used as simply starting points of discussion, no more. The most famous of these is the Virginia Plan which consisted of 13 points most of which ended up incorporated into the new Constitution but there was no agreement by any state to simply accept that plan ahead of time.
