New Mexico
Present-day regions of the southwestern United States, including parts of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, made up most of the Spanish Borderlands. These areas were characterized by Spanish exploration, colonization, and missionary activities during the colonial period.
The Spanish decided not to focus on their northern borderlands primarily due to economic constraints and the prioritization of their more lucrative territories in Central and South America. Additionally, the challenges posed by indigenous populations and the vast, harsh terrain of the northern regions made it difficult for them to establish a strong presence there, leading to a greater concentration of resources and attention on their established colonies.

The harsh climate and rugged terrain of the Northwest made it less appealing for Spanish settlers. Additionally, the Spanish focused their colonization efforts more on regions with greater access to resources and strategic importance, such as Central and South America.

Spanish brandy is a liquor distilled from wines made in varios regions of Spain. The most popular wine used to make Spanish brandy is Valdepenas. Valdepenas is located in the region of La Mancha. The wines from this region are usually made from the white grape Arien or the red grape varietal Cencible (aka Tempranillo). Suprisingly there is quite a bit of brandy shipped from Jerez, the capital of sherry than sherry itself. Interestingly very little Spanish brandy is made from sherry wine. Spanish brandy tends to be sweeter and earthier than the brandies of Armagnac or Cognac.

You might have made it wrong, made an impossible combination. A hacked weapon still has to be something that can legitimately drop during normal gameplay. A Dahl weapon with a Hyperion component is illegitimate for example and would not show. But you could make a 'perfect' version of a legitimate weapon, something that could take hundreds of hours of gameplay to drop naturally.
