Christians (Christianity) believe that God is in three Persons. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Jesus the Christ told us in Matthew 12:31-32, "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come."
The sin Jesus was confronting was the Pharisee's deliberate rejection of that which they knew to be of God (cf. John 11:48; Acts 4:16). They could not deny the reality of what the Holy Spirit had done through Jesus, so they attributed to Satan a work that they knew was of God (v24; Mark 3:22.)
Someone never exposed to Christ's divine power and presence might reject Him in ignorance and be forgiven......assuming the unbelief gives way to genuine repentance. But those who know Jesus' claims are true and reject Him anyway "sin" against the Holy Spirit.......because it is the Holy Spirit who testifies of Christ and makes His truth known to us.
The concept of the trinity is in The Bible very clearly and I would be very careful about denying that the Holy Spirit is not deity. Very dangerous ground to be on.
I would doubt a person's salvation seriously if they do not believe in the Trinity.
I urge you to do some serious BIBLE study on the Holy Spirit.
The question asked was, Which religion divides God into a holy trinity?
The answer is Christianity.
Another Answer:
Many, as this idea of men has evolved over time.
The idea of a 3 person godhead has its roots in early pagan thought - many point to Assyrian as the beginning (Nimrod and the first apostasy) that it became nearly 'universal' in all the ancient nations of the world. This shows how deep-rooted this idea is in the human race. But that does not necessarily make it correct.
The original concept had an old man or Father in unity with his 'seed' represented by the 'zero' and wings for a holy ghost. Later, the mother and son concept began to develop by the time of Sennacherib into the now Babylonian Eternal Father, the Spirit of God incarnate in a human mother with a Divine Son who was the fruit of that incarnation. The mother and child portion of this trinity evolved and became quite popular as in Egypt: Isis and Osiris; in India: Isi and Iswara; Asia: Cybele and Deoius; Pagan Rome: Fortuna and Jupiter-puer; Greece: Ceres and the babe at her breast or Irene and the boy Plutus. Even in China missionaries found Shing Moo as the holy mother with a boy in her arms.
This concept came into Europe via Socrates (Greek Philosophical thought) from Egypt. The early Roman assimilation of religious beliefs formalized at the end of the 4th Century AD with the basic trinity of mainstream Christianity - note that not all Christians believe in a trinity. The term and concept is not in the Bible or supported by Scripture when read in its proper context.
The holy trinity are (not was) God, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
the word trinity isn't in the bible if your refering to it. they are not people Father (God) Son ( emanuel Christ Jesus) and the holy spirit
Jesus is God manifest in the flesh, in the Holy Trinity.

Jesus is God, He is part of the Holy Trinity. The Holy Trinity is the God,the Father, Jesus, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
In Christianity there is a Trinity. That is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit as a holy trinity reign over all Christian branches of religion. The main religion in Italy is Catholicism. The earthly leader of the Catholic Church is the pope.
The Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
The Trinity comprises of God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit. Catholics believe in the mystery of the Holy Spirit.
God is the Supreme Being in the Catholic Church who is present in the Trinity- Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Unitarian religion is a branch of Christianity that believes that God was His own being, as opposed to the traditional idea of a Trinity (God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus). They believe that Jesus was a great man and prophet, but not God.
The Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost) is part of the Trinity (Godhead). The Holy Spirit was involved in creation just as rest of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit also put fire on the disciples but they were not burning. The Holy Spirit is one part of the Trinity, there are two more. There is Jehovah (God the Father) and Jesus ( God the Son).
