You get to the Migrator on Club Penguin by going to the beach when Rockhopper is visiting. The migrator is the name of his ship, and you can go in it if you like. Sometimes Rockhoppper is online, and if you're lucky enough, you can see him and get a a cool gift from him: a backround! :)

Yes, Rockhopper does exist. He can be found on servers when there are special parties going on. He is normally on his ship. If you click on him you will see his Player Card, Then click on where the Add Buddy button normally is and you can get a Rockhopper Backround. But he is really hard to find, because the rooms that he is in are normally really busy.

How To Get To Rockhopper Island On Club Penguin?

How do you meet cadence?
A Cadence Tracker may be good but you don't need one! The famous penguins ( A.K.A. Rockhopper, Gary, Sensei) usually go on servers that have great quantities of penguins, like: Mammoth and Frozen. You could Server Hop (keep going to different servers until you find them) or you could wait at one server.
