Furthermore, urbanization also changed the dynamic of poverty in the US as the agrarian, pastoral means of settling social issues and solving social mores was for the most part gone and the a number of new social issues from child labor to pollution and the advent of new diseases and Immigration issues. All in all, urbanization had a beneficial effect on American Society because it inevitably led to the current economic prosperity we are well acquainted with today, however it was not good for the bottom 3/5 of the American populace who lived it.
