An air vessel is a device used in hydraulic systems to absorb excess pressure fluctuations in the system. It helps to maintain a more consistent pressure by storing and releasing air as needed, thus preventing damage to the system components.
If you have passed an approved water safety course, to operate a vessel alone in Texas, a boater must be 13 years of age to operate a vessel of more than 15 horsepower; or windblown vessel over 14 feet in length.
