It would be difficult to define another star with the same mass as our Sun.

Depending on your boundaries for selection criteria, and G2 star will be pretty close. Naming a star, then Alpha Centauri A would be fairly close.

Which star would live longer a star that has half the mass of the sun or a star that has 2 times the mass of the mass?

Stars with less mass live much longer. Stars with greater mass get hotter, and have more pressure in their core; as a result, they use up their fuel much faster.

How much bigger is the sun than the smallest star?

The mass of a red dwarf can go down to about 0.075 times the mass of the Sun. Anything smaller than that would be a brown dwarf, which is no longer considered a star.

Is the mass of a neutron star closer to the mass of the earth or the sun?

The mass of a typical neutron star is believed to be between one and three times the mass of the sun. However, in size they would be much smaller than the earth, something on the order of around ten kilometers in diameter.

What type of star is most likely to form a black whole?

That would be "black hole". This is most likely to happen when the original star is very massive - several times the mass of the Sun. A star of the Sun's mass will definitely NOT become a black hole, unless it somehow acquires much more mass.
