cellular respiration
mithochondria
Cellular respiration (aka, aerobic respiration) takes place in the mitochondria (singular is mitochondrion).
Respiration is function of mitochondria & it's structure is elongated.
Mitochondrion
it helps in less respiration which in turn is responsible for less oxidation of food and water which helps it to survive in deserts.
The protective walls
take lichens for an example! lichens consist of fungi and moss. moss absorbs nutrition, which includes food and water, and helps in respiration. fungi on the other hand provide support to the plant and protect the moss from predators.
cellular respiration
They are made of two mutually dependent organisms. (Hope that helps!)
Oxygen is essential for aerobic respiration, oxygen helps blood flow which helps with our circulation. Anaerobic respiration does not require oxygen.
