Depending on what laboratory you step in to, they would probably use either Centigrade or Kelvin; I would guess that in labs that experiment close to absolute zero, Kelvin is used. That said, all the journals I have read in Biology and in the experiments I have been a part of at Boston University (including my lab), we use Celsius to measure temperature.
The scientific standard for laboratory temperature measurements is usually the Centigrade scale, also known as Celsius.
Temperature scale used on most laboratory thermometers is a thermometer.

Science does not use the Fahrenheit scale, it uses the Celsius scale or the Kelvin scale instead.
The temperature range is different for each type of thermometer and use.As an example of possible range: from 15 0F to 220 0F.It is not recommended today to use this obsolete temperature scale.
There are a few temperature scale that science use offten. The most common scale is a centigrade scale.

The two most common temperature scales are the Fahrenheit scale and the Celsius scale. However, the Kelvin scale is also used, primarily in science, to prevent negative temperatures.
Science class.
The Fahrenheit scale is used as a customary unit for measuring temperature in some countries, such as the United States. It is not used for measuring temperature in science. Either degrees Celsius or Kelvins are used in science.
The most common scale used in physical science is the Celsius scale for temperature, the meter-kilogram-second (MKS) system for measurements, and the metric system for units of length, mass, and volume.
