Environmental literacy refers to a person or an organization being able to determine needs and health of the environment. A environmentally literate person is able to maintain or restore health to the environment.
An organism's role in an environment refers to its position and function within that ecosystem. This can include its interactions and relationships with other organisms, such as its role as a predator or prey, its role in nutrient cycling, or its role in pollination. Each organism contributes in some way to the overall equilibrium and functioning of the ecosystem.
Fitness
Seafood refers to every single organism living in "sea environment" that is consumed as a food source by human beings. Fish refers to a family of organism with certain mutual characteristics(such as scales, type of brain/flesh color/ basic internal organs).
In bio, adaptation usually refers to an evolutionary change an organism has made to better suit its environment. This change is a process and usually takes thousands of years. Evolutionary adaptation is not to be confused with acclimation, which is when an organism simply gets used to its environment during its lifetime and makes no evolutionary changes.
Environment refers to any factors along with their interactions that affect an organism. Therefore economy, culture, nature, society are all 'factors' which can and do affect organisms (people for one).

Pelagic Environment refers to that part of the water away from the buttom of the sea. Benthic Environment refers to the seafloor.
The physical environment refers to things like mountains and rivers where living things live. The biological environment refers to the parts of the living plants and and animals where living things live.
