NO. I don't see why it would either. It's just a drink. I've used orange juice to swallow pills plenty of times, and nothing has ever happened. So to answer your question, Drinking orange juice to help swallow vitamins and other pills do not affect the results of the pills.
Pure, fresh-squeezed orange juice would be homogenous, because it would be nothing but orange juice and pulp. Store-bought orange juice is typically heterogeneous, as ingredients are typically added... sugar, preservatives, etc.

I don't know why you are cleaning a penny with juice but orange juice. The acid found in orange juice if left touching something for long periods of time can start eroding the surface , removing stains and rust.
