under-inflated tyres
Some motorists don't know that their tyres are flat or under inflated others just buy new tyres but others don't have a problem with this because they check their tyres regularly.
It could be over-inflated, under-inflated, have a weak spot in the tyre-wall, have a foreign object sticking into the tyres tread. It could even be the driver is too rough when turning and putting too much wear and stress into the tyres.
Speedometers are not allowed by law to under-read, but are allowed to over-read by no more than 10%. So at a true 30mph, they can legally read anything between 30mph and 33mph. Because they read the speed via a sensor in the transmission, not the true speed of the vehicle across the ground, they have to be calibrated such that they under-read slightly when the vehicle is lightly laden and has brand new tyres fully inflated. As the tyres wear, and if they are slightly under-inflated, or compressed by a greater load in the vehicle, the speedometer will over-read by more.

you can try to tell by gripping it, if it is firm then it is fully inflated. if it is kind of squishy, then it is under inflated. With a pressure gauge.
When a tire is properly inflated it will be level to the ground. Over inflated and the middle of the tire has the most pressure on the ground. Under inflated and the sides of the tire have the most pressure on the ground.
Under inflated tires, broken sway bar, broken sway bar links, bad shocks/struts, broken springs, worn steering and suspension parts.
underwater rubber tyres are tyres that are put under the water to stop erosion,it is very popular in Canada. it is a type of soft-engineering.
Yes, under-inflated tires are dangerous. They can also leave the rim under heavy cornering.
Because the amount of weight they Cary would cause the tyres to break down under the strain so they put more tyres under to share the weight.
