To be very technically precise, South America is the only one. Out of every
16 people who would look at a map, almost 19 of them would say that North
America is too, but it's not. The Aleutian Islands, which dangle from the 'chin'
of Alaska and sweep off to the southwest, are part of Alaska even after the
chain crosses the meridian of 180° and extends into the Eastern Hemisphere.
So you'd have to say that only something like 99.9999% of North America is
in the Western Hemisphere, but not all of it.
