In web browsers, the toolbar that allows you to enter a web site address (URL) is called the address bar. It may also be called the URL bar or the location bar. In Google Chrome, it is also called the Omnibox.
On most web browsers you can simply right-click the picture and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu. A window with the image information (including the URL) should then pop up.

It all depends on which type of browser the user is using. With most browsers, in the internet options section, there is a space for home page URL. Place the address to google in that space, and click "OK".
