An animal mostly learns through observation and imitation. If an animal has been taught something it has mostly been done through classical or operant conditioning.
I DONT KNOW BUT I WANT TO KNOW
so the animal doesn't harm anyone
I do not know. But I think it's by their behavior.
Because without knowing how the brain works, we would not know how learning is accomplished.
Instinct behaviour is when people or animals do something and they don't know why eg dogs burying a bone. We are a long way away from the time when dogs had to eat when they could. If they had a lot of food, they would bury some for a time when they were hungry ready to be dug up again. Learned behaviour is simply things that we learn to do from watching someone (usually a parent) doing it. We would never have done it by "instinct", we learned to do it.
I do not know this, but I think a lot of learning.

Did you know you should never get angry at an animal for behavior because it is doing what it's instict tells it to?

Renaldo may or may not be able to play the violin at age 50
An animal adoption counselor needs to know the behavior characteristics of both humans and animals. A good way to become an animal adoption counselor is to work in a pet adoption environment as an animal handler and work up. Taking classes in human behavior is also helpful.
