Glucose is the direct product of photosynthesis, but it isn't exactly a macromolecule (C6H12O6).

The glucose polymers starch and cellulose are formed later (which are macromolecules). Starch is used for food storage and can easily be broken back down to glucose when needed. Cellulose is used to build the plant's structure and is resistant to breakdown to smaller molecules.
