It's impossible to tell from the information given. 1932-XI specifies the year of manufacture (1932, the 11th year of Mussolini's reign). Gardone is the arsenal where the rifle was made (six arsenals made the weapons), and A6494 is the serial number and not model specific.

Most likely this would be a Model 91/28 Moschetto TS(Troop Special), a Model 91 Moschetto per Cavalleria(Cavalry Carbine) or a Moschetto di Fanteria Mod. 91/24 (Long Rifle), as those were the standard models in 1932, and all were made at Gardone.

If still in military configuration, these will be easy to tell apart. The long rifle has a barrel over 24 inches long (27" or so if I remember correctly) the TS model and cavalry carbine both have a barrel about 18" long, but the cavalry carbine has (or had) a folding bayonet attached, and the front of the stock ended about a foot away from the muzzle. The TS stock extended to three or four inches from the end of the barrel.
