There is mention of "The Tell-Tale Heart" as one of his highest achievements in Horror. But I believe The Raven to be his finest work. The poem is chilling and moving; it stirs the heart and arguably even the soul.

The man was, in my opinion, a mad genius; The Raven demonstrates that with all the artistry of most any great poet in history.
