The arrow goes toward the engine.
You can either remove the bed/raise the bed up. And remove it from the top of the tank. Are you can just drop the fuel tank and then take it out of the tank that way.
Buy the new Hyrbid silverado. There is no way to make a truck more efficient. Check out the new 2009 Chevy hybrid silverado. Thanks
It's about half way back on the drivers side. Use two wrenches to pull off the fittings but make sure that you have something the filter to catch the fuel that spills. Be careful and do not use power tools, smoke or do anything that causes a spark and don't be under the filter since it will leak quite a bit of fuel. Also it might be rusted, So spray it everyday for a few days with a good lubricant. That way You won't strip the nuts.
No, Chevy changed the wiring harness in 2003. and the way it is mounted, it can be made to work though.
The ends sould be marked in and out, the out faces the front of the vehicle. The filter may also have an arrow which points to the front.
find the fuel filter under the driver side near the frame disconnect both fuel lines remove filter from bracket place new fitler in place same way old one was in then reconnect fuel lines
way more than a ford........chevy all the way
no the fuel filter is not in the gas tank fallow the line up to the engine u will find it mid way up next to the trucks frame
Should be located under vehicle on frame rail about mid way of the drivers door.
On the left side frame rail about half way back, in the channel of the frame
Should be an in-line metal canister filter on the driver's side frame about half way back. Just a basic adjustable or hand wrenches, a new filter (wix is preferred. No tricks really just observe the arrow direction of flow on the filter. Arrow points to the front of the truck. If you think it's real dirty, I would grab a couple of can of good fuel injector treatment and top it off when you get done.
Located on the inside of the frame on drivers side under box. Can't miss it 5" long 2" diameter. You will need 3 different size wrenches, 2 for filter ( different sizes on each end) think its 7/8 and 13/16 and one for fuel line is 9/16. Right hand thread on both, counter clockwise on fuel line both ends.
