As far as I've ever found venison (deer) is highest in nutrition and among lowest in fat calories. I'm partial to backstrap cut into steak and the tenderloin steak with scrambled eggs (chicken duck or goose eggs, goose are higher in protein but i don't know where to buy them) Hind quarter is more for grinding but parts of it can me made into steak. Bear is also high in protein but it's harder to come by where I live.
Game in cooking refers to the meat from wild animals, such as deer, wild turkey, and wild rabbit.
> you would call it meat or plants or 'game'.
Bush meat is never considered Halal because it comes from unblessed wild game.
Wild Game and Live Stock
It depends on what game you are playing.
wild roots, buffalo, meat broth, deer, and other wild game. Fish
Yes, in the wild they will eat snakes, lizards, birds, etc. In captivity a little white chicken meat (no bones) is a good source of protein as is mealworms.
'venison' does not exst in French. The approaching 'venaison' means "meat of wild animal hunted for food / game meat"
Yes, it's just like any other game.
A meat cuber serves a purpose of tenderizing meat. A meat cuber can be used to prepare cube steak and cutlets from wild game, beef, pork, mutton and lamb.
Dogs are carnivorous in the wild meaning they eat mostly animal protein for sustenance. Animal protein is also known as meat. Meat would be a suitable diet for a dog but pure meat dog food is expensive. If you look at a package of dry dog food you will find it is supplemented with grains such as rice and corn. There are some that believe that a mostly meat diet is better for dogs than what we currently feed our pets.
"Game" is a type of meat such as from deer, rabbits, pheasants, grouse and other animals which normally live in the wild instead of being kept on farms.
