Both nice bikes but the kx100 without a doubt. the kx is a 2 stroke Motocross bike designed for racing. A xr100r is a four stroke trail bike with much less power.
A 1993 Honda xr100r would have a four stroke engine.
no, why would you mix oil with a 4 stroke
The kawasaki would beat it easy but the Honda would have better power
The rear shocks from the Honda XR100R are interchangeable from the '01, '02 and '03 models. However, unless you happen to have one of these older shocks lying around, it would probably be cheaper to get an after-market 140mm shock. OEM parts are expensive!
in my mind i think Kawasaki is then KTM then Honda then Suzuki then Yamaha but my fiend thinks Honda is the best so i would reccomend either a Kawasaki or Honda (pick Kawasaki):)
They both are very good bikes, but if i had to choose i would buy a Kawasaki.
the xr100r is way more powerful than the crf230f. the R in xr100R means race and the F in crf100F means fun. so if you want one i would advise the crf because you might flip the xr
Aprilia, BMW, CCM, Cobra, Ducati, Gas Gas, Honda, Husaberg, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, KTM, Polini, Suzuki, TM Racing, Vertemati, VOR, Yamaha that are all active dirt bike manufacturers. There are also numerous companies that no longer manufacture dirt bikes.
I would go with the Honda all of the way. One because the Honda is more expensive but you totally get what you payed for also it is so much more reliable than the Kawasaki. if you don't ride a 2 stroke for a while it will have lots of problems getting started. There GO HONDA!!!
NO you would be beter of getting a Honda or Yamaha or kawasaki or ktm Honda has very little matnins ( oilcanges and lubing the chain )
Well a Kx85 would beat it because of its power band and acceleration
There not very reliable they tend to fall apart. I would prefer Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, And Yamaha. These are the bikes that were made to last.
