manifold gaskets only need to be replace if they leak, or if the manifold has been removed for some reason
if it is a v6 engine it is located underneath the intake manifold and you have to removed the manifold to replace it. if it is a 4 cylinder it is located on the back side of the engine block below the manifold
in the middle, under the air intake manifold there is a black piece of plastic and the plugs are under there, the inlet manifold has to be removed as well...
