While driving my 95 Honda Civic DX around 80 kmh it jumps gears between 3rd and 4th. Losing power between 80-100 kmh but seems to shift all right don't know if it's a transmission problem or engine?

shifting is almost always the transmission although certain variables in the engine can also be the culprit
