This is Modern English. The word order and the diction are different from normal prose because Poetry differs from Prose in just such devices.
In English, it reads as prose. However, different languages and cultures have defined "rhyme" differently than we do in Modern English, and in Hebrew it's considered one of the poetical books.
Prose are basically short stories. Prose is literature as distinct from poetry.
