hi
An ineffective affirmation is an affirmation that has some negative aspect to it. A true affirmation is positive. An example of an ineffective affirmation would be saying something along the lines of, bad luck is better than no luck. That is negative and does nothing to bring about positive thoughts in your mind.
An effectively written affirmation is a positive, present-tense statement that reflects a desired belief or outcome, promoting self-empowerment and motivation. It should be specific, concise, and emotionally resonant, allowing the individual to visualize and feel the truth of the statement. For example, instead of saying "I will be successful," a more effective affirmation would be "I am confidently achieving my goals every day." This approach reinforces a positive mindset and encourages personal growth.
Looking forward to hearing from you about your decision.
Just answered for someone else I will copy and paste my answer: Positive affirmation, in a basic way, is a verbal technique to say positive statements to yourself to enforce positive thought within your sub-conscience mind. This helps manifest your desires and is a powerful tool. Mostly encouraging, they are used to reach goals and to make sure that you mentally stay on track. They can range from telling yourself you are loved to telling yourself you are going to be a millionaire. It shifts your mind set to a point you can focus on obtaining what you want. There are several videos, programs, and books designed for Manifestations and Affirmations that go MUCH deeper than I can. If you would like my personal recommendations just shoot me an email at thepositivegenius@gmailDOTcom (replace DOT with .) and I'll send a few.
Positive affirmation is basically saying good/positive toward yourself that can help you to achieve what you desire/goal. For example, you join in a competition like quiz bee, you can say to your self that you study very hard and that you can answer all question correctly, something like that.
Saying "positive" means "greater than zero". Saying "non-negative" is a shortcut to saying "greater than or equal to zero".
If it doesn't give you a positive answer the best would be going to the doctor and get tested there.
Saying or hearing Catholic Mass was a capital offence.
In a sense, But listening is more having a conversation and paying attention to what the person's saying. Hearing is just sound audible to you.
You can do several things to be more positive in your mind.1. Create affirmationsRepetitive statements said with emotion and enthusiasm which invokes a change in the persona of the individual. Meaning, if you say any statement over and over again, you tend to believe it. What ever you believe becomes your reality. So if you want to become more positive start create affirmation and saying them in the morning and at night!2. Develop an Attitude of gratitude.By being grateful for what you have and what is good in your life, you become more positive about life and less focused on the negatives.
positive is something leaving no doubt.................or negative is the effect of saying no
None. They are two ways of saying the same thing and mean exactly the same.
