Paris
Juliet's father, Lord Capulet, promised her hand in marriage to Count Paris. However, Juliet fell in love with Romeo and their secret marriage complicated the situation.
He abducted her after her father promised him her hand in marriage, he took her to the Underworld, and he married her.
Paris asks Juliet's father for permission to marry Juliet. Romeo asked Juliet instead. (Actually she offered before he asked)
Romeo's rival for Juliet's hand was Count Paris, a nobleman who was originally engaged to Juliet by her parents.
Juliet would never have agreed to marry Paris if she thought for one moment that she would actually have to marry him. She only agreed to marry him because it didn't matter, since she was going to pretend to be dead before any marrying could go on.
Friar Lawrence marries Romeo and Juliet (as in gets them married rather than actually marries them!) and he also supports Romeo. Juliet, on the other hand, is supported by her nurse, who later in the play is named 'Angelica'. She is the personal servant, guardian and former wet nurse of Juliet Capulet.

Romeo and Paris.
Romeo has asked for Juliet's hand in marriage in the play "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare.
He promised to hand her over to the White Witch.
Romeo is from the Montague family and Juliet is from the Capulet family. These families both hate each other because of this feud (even though no one can remember how/why it started). So basically by Romeo and Juliet getting married it's like the two enemies getting married - it's like two Mafia gangs are having a massive fight and the children of both leaders get married. They were grown up to hate each other and it would almost be 'dishonourable' or against their nature if they got married.
