It's not likely that Pan had a wife. But, he did chase numerous nature nymphs & even converted one of them into his Pan pipes.
he was like a mutal friend of all the gods...he was a messenger god so whenever the gods or goddess needed a message to be sent to each other or to a mortal they would have Hermes send them the message..he was very knowledgeful to when it came to medicines/herbs...

Technically yes, but if there realm disappears they die with it. i.e. If there were no such thing as agriculture anymore, then Demeter would vanish. If the wild dies, Pan would die with it.

I don't really believe Pan had an affair with any of the other gods at Olympus. As a matter of fact, of what i know, Pan had no kids and his parents aren't mentioned. he is a satyr though, so it is possible that Pan's parents were satyrs.
