The Soviet Union, Great Britain, China and France were the most significant of the Allies (excluding US), which is why these five countries now hold permanent seats on the UN Security Council.
They are not. The five permanent members are the US, China, USSR (now Russia), United Kingdom & France. These five were the primary Allies that fought against the Axis in WW2.
The lend-lease act allowed the US to provide the allies munitions and materiel in exchange for permanent bases within the foreign countries' borders.
I believe so, Israel, UK and Mexico will probably always be allies maybe more
I wouldn't think Cyprus are allies with the US considering the US are allies with Turkey and Turkey with the blessing of the US invaded Cyprus.
The US main allies are: U.K., Israel, And Australia.
Allies means friends or helpers, The enemy of the US had "allies" too. So, yes.
USA was on the Allies.
The US will need to get allies, first.
The US and the Allies won World War 2.
The US and Russia are both large, powerful, and influential countries that have nuclear arsenals, and that are permanent members of the UN Security Council; both nations were allies during both WW I and WW II, who helped defeat Germany and its allies twice (although Russia did pull out of WW I before its conclusion).
NATO allies are the memeber states of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (such as Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the US). US Allies is a looser term that can apply to any states friendly to the US, whether or not they are in NATO.
