TPS- The guys who wear the security guard uniform in Target stores. They cannot make stops or accuse anyone of shoplifting. Generally make between 8-10 an hour.

APS- Plain clothed guys that catch shoplifters in Target stores.. Generally make around 10-12 an hour.

APL/AP-TL- Assets Protection Leaders are in charge of assets protection where there is no ETL-AP present. APL-AP-TL are able to make stops whenever they want and have a powers of an ETL. Generally make about 12-16 an hour.

ETL-AP- Executive Team Leader of assets protection. Usually they work with a team with 1 APS, and 2 or 3 TPS. ETLs can make stops and they make usually between 40-60,000 a year..

These are all the positions that are in a store for assets protection. They are alot more positions outside of stores also.
