The Governor General does not have provincial representatives.

When the Constitution Act, 1867 was originally passed, the Lieutenant Governors of each province were appointed to represent the Governor General-in-Council. As the relationship between the provinces and the federal Government evolved, however, the Lieutenant Governors became representatives of Her Majesty the Queen, rather than the Government of Canada. Even today, Lieutenant Governors have the power to refer a provincial bill to the Governor General for royal assent, and the Governor General has the power to disallow a bill granted royal assent by a Lieutenant Governor.
