FMC's has furthered the development of its newest mining method-solution mining, to make soda ash at the Granger facility. Future plans include development of technology to provide additional sources of reliable, long-term supply of mine water feed to FMC solution mining plants. FMC has invested in optimizing the Granger facility with the goal of more than doubling the current production of soda ash.
