The anti-federalists were opposed to the Constitution because they felt it established a federal government that was too powerful. They argued that a strong national government would diminish the power of the States.
To collect taxes and to only allow imbeciles to rule. No smart people allow.
This is called a constitutional democracy. The people create the government, allow it to have its powers (outlined in a constitution). This puts the govt in charge, but keeps it ultimately answerable to the people of the nation.
People like George Washington were elected to the House.

It could be because their government doesn't allow for it. They're still communists.
because it is a very significant right for people, people can express what they think to the pubic. it is very helpful and useful for the development of the society

Yes they should, because although the government supports freedom of speech, they cannot allow people to advocate overthrow of the government. That would put people in danger and destroy the democratic system.

No government . To have government people would have to create communities. At this time people were hunters/gathers and followed herds. This life didn't allow for the creation of government .
