Use your magnifying glass while you're on the bridge and you'll find the hat.Bring it back to DetritusTrolg and it will tell you that the hat needs to be fixed.Bring the hat to an engineer, MrBridger. He's not quite sure what to do with the hat because he's never worked with the gears that are used in it. He suggests bringing the hat to someone who knows about gears.Travel to Sunny Glade Isle and take the hat to LordChimes. He says he can fix it if someone could fix the rotor blades.Bring the rotor blades to LordSteel on Barren Isle. He's too busy to fix them, but he points you in the direction of MissFlameSan on Snowflake Isle.Travel to Snowflake Isle and talk to her. She agrees to fix the blades in one hour for $5,000.
