When you're stressed you should talk to a guardian or parent if you are younger than eighteen, and if you're older than eighteen, speak to someone you can trust and someone who is older than you and has experienced stressful times. You could also go and see a counsellor, pastor, psychiatrist, etc. and tell them about your stress.
Just try not to worry and sort things out as soon as possible.
