However, if it were in fact true, Mr. Obama would still be a natural born US citizen, as anyone born to a US citizen, or citizens who happened to be travelling, serving in the military, or going to school in any other country at the time of their child's birth. So, if it weren't a politically motivated fiction, Mr. Obama would still be a natural born US citizen.
