i think it is foolishness to take civil engg as optional in ias. how can u score well solving numerical problems of structural engg , som ,rcc,steel structure etc.
paper 2 is ok but paper 1 is at high risk. but i think if u plan well ,u may be d first to clear it. nothing is impossible.
