GOD! God is the creator of everything...he created the heavens and the Earth. Everything that is "man-made" is really created by God because the people that made these things used items and tools that were originally created by God!
Answer: The Most High, our Creator, created everything that is and that you see.
It's actually the big bang, a scientific event, that came out of nothing and created everything
The ultimate answer is the 'Big Bang', which created the universe. However, our own earth was not created until many billions of years later. This required the explosion of a supernova star in the neighbourhood of our sun, sending out huge volumes of heavy elements from which planets could form.
Some of the planetary material coalesced into a molten ball that would become our earth. As the earth cooled, primitive life forms emerged, after which evolution gradually gave us the many and varied species we have today.
Because the ancients could not have understood these events, they developed religious explanations for creation. Two of these are found in the Book of Genesis. In the first creation story in Genesis (verses 1:1-2:4a) there was already an earth covered by water and a wind blew across the waters; God simply spoke the sun, moon stars and living things into existence. In the second creation story in Genesis (verses 2:4b-25), God's powers were more limited and he could not make living things out of nothing. He made the first man and all the animals out of dirt, then made Eve out of Adam's ribs. The Babylonian Enuma Elish is another creation story somewhat similar to the first creation story in Genesis.

Approx 14.5 billion years ago there was nothing. Not empty space but no space: just nothing. The Big Bang occurred which created space and time and released a huge amount of energy. Now, Einstein's theory of special relativity stated the equivalence of energy and matter. Accordingly, as this burst of energy began to cool it "condensed" into particles.
After more time, particles began clumping together because of gravitational attraction. Atoms of hydrogen were formed. Larger clumps were formed and as they grew, more matter was attracted. Eventually the clumps were so large that the gravitational attraction at their centre was strong enough for thermonuclear fusion to take place. The first stars were born.
The stars "burned" hydrogen into helium and then to larger atoms - upto around iron. Some stars ran out of fuel and died quietly but others exploded into novae and supernovae. The debris from the stellar explosions, comprising hydrogen, helium and and heavier elements formed the next lot of clumps and from these grew the next generation of stars. Some clumps never grew large enough for thermonuclear activity and they were the planets. Often these formed near a star, but not always.
Everything that you can see around you is made up of these atoms. So everything is essentially made from the remnants of stars which no longer exist or, to put it more whimsically, everything is stardust!
God created everything. He created everything that is or was or will be.
