Andrew and Paul Gower created Jagex with the aid of Constant Tedder to manage the corporate face of RuneScape. As of today, Andrew and Paul reportedly do not hold a place in the board of directors, but they're still actively working with the Jagex team. Rumours are going around that Andrew, Paul, and Constant sold their (large) shares of the company to three different investment firms, which is not verifiable. (The rumours came from a certain annoying supposed "Jagex fansite") Since Andrew left the BoD, he has founded a new games company, Fen Research, which supposedly is working on creating a groundbreaking product. Fen Research is extremely well-funded by Andrew's own funds earned from 10 years at Jagex. Andrew owns 90% of Fen Research's shares, and Jagex owns 10% of them, with both Andrew Gower and Mark Gerhard (Jagex's CEO) working as directors of the company.
