Did god make us or not?

For Catholics, the answer would be both because the divine trinity, one of the great mysteries of the catholic faith, states that God, Jesus, and the holy spirit are one

Scripture says that God created man. Throughout the Old Testament we see the term God used almost exclusively when referring to the "one true God." However, there are references to the Holy Spirit and to the coming Messiah, or Holy One of God. It was clear to the writers and readers of the time that these terms were being used as names for God. In the New Testament, scripture clarifies and extends God's revelation of Himself. The Holy Spirit is set forth as divine as well as Christ. Again, the writers and readers were clear that both designations were references to God. This is why the Jews wanted to stone Christ, as His personal use of the title "Son of God" was evident to the Jews that He was making Himself equal with God.

In the book of Colossians, chapter 1, verses 15-17 we see scripture declaring of Christ, that "all things were made by Him and for Him":

"15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

So the answer to the question: "Did God or Jesus create us?" can be answered "yes."

How we got here is hard to explain.. The idea of god just makes it alot easier to explain how life began but if you want the truth then put down your bible.

Nothing is done overnight it take millions of years for evolution to take course.

For human example Google The Evolution of Man Chart.. and Look for the monkey looking ones. We started splitting off from the other chimpanzees about 7 million years ago because we were evolving into our own thing while the other monkeys didn't evolve as humanly or smart than how we've become .

Religion doesn't accept this answer though. They refuse to accept this answer because they know that the story of god , heaven and hell will keep people in fear and on their best behavior for the sake of controlling a growing population.

The story of god has been passed on for thousands of years strong so its hard to convince people otherwise. But you never know.. maybe he is there and maybe he isnt. Besides the power of faith can unleash inexplicable activity in the spirit body and mind. Plus he helps believers sleep at night
