Structural design was given by a civil engineer Abdur Rahman Khan Niazi from Lahore, who was working with Murat khan.The design approved by the President was built by Mian Abdul Khaliq and Company

Pakistan Resolution was passed at Minto Park, Lahore on 23rd March 1940. So Minar-e-Pakistan was built at this historical place as a (Yadgar) monument.
The National tower is the Minar-e-Pakistan in LAHORE.
Minar-e-Pakistan is a tall minaret in Iqbal Park Lahore, built in commemoration of the Pakistan Resolution. Minar-e-Pakistan was designed by Naseer-ud-Deen Murat Khan a Pakistani architect of (Daghestan) Russian descent,and structural engineer was Abdur Rahman Khan Niazi .
