Jesus did not mention a single person who will miss tribulation in their lifetime. In fact He mentioned that His followers would have tribulation in their lives just by being His followers. Trials and tribulations are a fact of life.
If you are speaking of the "Great Tribulation", persons who die before that time comes about will miss that terrible time and some Christians believe that they will be taken to heaven before that time comes.

Pre- millennium-> Jesus comes back and redeems his called ones and then a time of tribulation happens. A-millennium-> The thousand year time of tribulation is an allegory and not necessarily actually going to happen. My guess from my experience is that devoted baptists accept the pre-millenium view.

In Zechariah 13:7 we have the prophecy of this time of Jesus' crucifixion, and that was fulfilled. But then it goes on further in 13:8-9 and explains that at the time of the Great tribulation and Jesus Christ's Second Coming, two thirds of the Jewish population will be destroyed and only one third will be saved. That one third is the remnant and they will call or believe on Jesus Christ as their Messiah. God will say, "This is my people", and each one of them will say, "The LORD is my God."
