Columbus is a phony because he got credit for what Amerigo Vespucci discovered. Christopher actually only found the Bahamas. Amerigo Vespucci really discovered America. I don't know why we celebrate ''Columbus Day'' he didn't even find anything! I personally don't celebrate the holiday. I'd rather celebrate ''Amerigo Day'' than ''Columbus Day'' any day!
