DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU HATE SPOILERS. The climax is at the very end of the book tha the wotld
The book ''Catching Fire'' is about the victory tour through the districts, Katniss's return home, and what President Snow will do to katniss's family if her stunt at the end of book one (The berries) is not justified in her tour. (the excuse would be if she was truly MADLY in love with Peeta.)
catching fire is about katniss being entereed in the hunger games again... i have no idea why yet but she does

End of Catching Fire, beginning of Mockingjay.
count olaf founds out about were the orphans are by his associates who are most likely dead by the fire in the hotel denouement (book the twelfth). olaf dies at the end of the end(book the thirteenth)
No, he was taken out of the games by the capitol. He is now in the capitol.
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" ends with Katniss Everdeen's defiance against the Capitol, following the Quarter Quell. The subsequent events are explored in the third book, "Mockingjay," which takes place shortly after. While there isn't a specific timeline given, it can be inferred that only a few weeks to a couple of months pass between the end of "Catching Fire" and the beginning of "Mockingjay."
