No one "discovered" the computer. It was the result of many, many mathematicians, engineers, and other people working over a long period of time. The discoveries eventually came together in the mid-1940s with the advent of electronics and under the pressure of wartime need for fast calculation. Some names and terms for you to look up (and please do the research yourself - it's not that hard):
Charles Babbage
Ada, Countess of Lovelace
The Jacquard loom
Hermann Hollerith
John von Neumann
Alan Turing
John Mauchly and J. Presper Eckert
ENIAC, Zeus, Whirlwind, Enigma
Charles Babbage FRS (26 December 1791 – 18 October 1871) was an English mathematician, philosopher, mechanical engineer and (proto-) computer scientist who originated the idea of a programmable computer. Parts of his uncompleted mechanisms are on display in the London Science Museum. In 1991, working from Babbage's original plans, a difference engine was completed, and functioned perfectly. Built to tolerances achievable in the 19th century, the finished engine indicated that Babbage's machine would have worked. Nine years later, the Science Museum completed the printer Babbage had designed for the difference engine; it featured astonishing complexity for a 19th century device. Note: Only natural things can be "discovered". When humans make things, they are "invented"

Happy Birthday Joshi', the virus was first discovered in India in June 1990
Who discovered the computerI believe it was Charles Babbage. Have a look at the Charles Babbage Research Institute website. howard g aiken invented the computer
Computers are designed not discovered. Discovery implies existence before we became aware of them.
The computer was invented, not discovered. Discovery implies that it already existed before we became aware of it. There is no single inventor of the computer, various people invented various calculating machines at various times until the equivalent of a "critical mass" was achieved and all the right pieces started coming together. Also the answer to your question depends on your definition of "computer".
various artworks were discovered with the age of changing technology.for example photography, computer designing, web messing etc.
nobody. it was invented then built, not discovered.
It was "INVENTED"(not discovered) by Douglas Engelbart.

bill gates discovered the use of the computer, then he made a software called Microsoft. bill discovered Microsoft and was a computer wiz.
Computers (or any other technological device from the stone spearhead on) are NOT discovered!
Nobody, as computers are not discovered they are designed.
in 1987, in university of Delaware
Computers are not a naturally occurring phenomenon, they can not be "discovered" only invented.

The second question is not easy to read, but the first answer is Conrad Zeus.
