One mayonnaise bottle per treatment (Total of 5 bottles). Put soil from farm in each bottle, at least 1 inch thick in the bottom of the bottle. Then put 3 golden snail in each bottle. One golden snail represent 1 replicate, so you have three replicates per bottle Then add your carbonized leaves per treatment and standard molluscicide for treatment
