Muslims hold the prophets in the highest of regards and the best of men, free from any form of impurity and evil. They were the chosen men of God with a mission to guide their communities to one true God Allah Almighty. In accordance with Islamic manuscripts there were a total of 1,24,000 prophets sent to guide the humanity.
God had many prophets including, Jonah, Jesus, Joseph, David, Suleyman, Muhammad. But, the last prophet of god was Muhammad( peace be upon him.)
