learn to read lips, sign language, or have the person talking to you write down on a piece of paper i have trouble hearing and im only young , go for hearingtests to see why you cant hear , if its a long term thing learnn to lipread, its easy and many people do it without noticing anyway, you can also learn sign language even if you dont need it its good to learn it..

learn to throw your voice and then do it in front of them. they will think they are hearing more voices and have a breakdown.
Pro: Deaf people can communicate with hearing people that do not know ASL easier, thus they can be apart of the hearing community. Cons: Because it is not their natural language.... and because they cannot hear.... it is difficult and frustrating to learn. Deaf people are visual people, so ASL is their natural language.. Also, if Deaf people only learn Oralism then they can only communicate with hearing people, and not other Deaf people.
Many people do agree it is better for a child to learn another language.
You have to do work in school because it helps you learn and then you get smart.
