Always talk to someone that is having the same issue as you .. and have the person come with you to your boss and tell him/her about whats happening.

if no one is getting discriminated you can always tell someone that works with you ( i prefer more than one person to know) and then go ahead and tell the boss. Also keep written letters about whats happening for a proof and email them to the people that would believe you.
